1. Returns

1.3. Please do not send your purchase back to us without an RA number, as it may result in delays in processing your return.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1. Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Items marked as final sale

4. Shipping Costs
